Tech Lead-Python

Position Summary:

We are looking for a Tech Lead-Python interested in designing & building highly scalable software applications that go along with our products. You will be responsible for architecting and building these applications, as well as coordinating with the teams responsible for other layers of the product infrastructure.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a part of an agile team environment, you are expected to independently work on end-to-end project delivery which includes,

• Design, build, and maintain clean, efficient, modular, and reliable Python code
• Help maintain code quality, as well as organize and automate tasks.
• Build fast and responsive Python applications across platforms.
• Leverage system frameworks for OS-level integrations on all platforms.
• Diagnose, fix bugs, resolve performance bottlenecks, as well as to write optimized code.

Job Requirements/Qualification :

• 5+ years of experience in software architecture, system design & development.
• Should possess a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structure with good analytical skills is a must.
• Strong experience working on the Linux platform.
• Must have knowledge of Python programming language and Shell scripting basics.
• Rock solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts.
• Experience in building APIs, Multi-threading for tasks on the Linux platform.
• Experience working with Git, JIRA.
• Good communication skills, good enough to understand the requirements and map it to the software architecture design.
• JavaScript, a firm grasp of the JS and its nuances, including ES6+ syntax.
• Knowledge of Frontend development: HTML, CSS, BOOTSTRAP.
• Knowledge of modifying or updating the OS level configuration and settings.
• Worked on Django.

Good to have

• Knowledge of Celery + REDIS with DjNGO.
• Worked on QT, Django, or/and Celery based frameworks.
• Knowledge of flow integration and development in machine learning.
• Knowledge of Docker or other containerization tools.
• Knowledge of integration with AWS environment and cloud-based services.
